We create a 3D model of your home using SketchUp, allowing you to see the space and make changes before construction starts.

Once the design is finalized, we handle all the required documents and submit them to your local city or county building department.

We go over the construction schedule, finalize material selections, and set expectations for communication, site access, and timelines.

✔ Confirm selections (fixtures, finishes, etc.)
✔ Schedule groundbreaking

Our team manages every phase of the build — from foundation to final finish. You’ll get regular updates, walkthroughs, and progress photos.
